FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
Can menu selections be customized?
We strive to customize our menu to assist with your dietary restrictions or preferences. For example, you would love for us to serve our Smoked Gouda Pasta with Prosciutto, but you would like to eliminate the Prosciutto because you do not eat pork products. We would be more than happy to meet these requests. You can also do further customizing by choosing an Appetizer from the Appetizer Section as one of your Main Entrees or vice versa if you prefer. For further customizing options, please contact us to discuss different menu items you would like that are not on our current menu. We will do our best to work with you regarding your requests. Some additional fees may apply for some requests…
Please see our menu options here>> Menu.

What is your cost for services?
Each potential client is given a quote based on current market prices for selected food items, service fees for labor, supplies, required state taxes, and any additional fees for needed items such as rented table linens, chinaware, etc. We provide a price with a break down of each charge.
Do you provide alcohol services?
At this time we do not provide alcohol services. Individuals must provide their own alcohol for their event.
Do you provide Chinaware, Glasses, Silverware, and Linen Napkins with your services?
Our basic serving dishes that come with each package include strong durable clear plastic plates, flatware, and cups. However, we can supply linen napkins, chinaware, and silverware for parties of up to 20 if requested. Extra charges apply for linen and chinaware requests. In the event you require more linen & chinaware than we provide, you will be referred to recommended vendors to rent your chinaware and linens.
